We are currently looking for German and Swedish speakers with excellent administration skills and attention to detail. Our client in South Bristol have vacancies for bilingual administrators within their well-established multinational company. This role is to begin 12th February.

We are looking for someone to deliver excellent customer service in line with the company values. We expect someone to be able to listen, understand and resolve customer enquiries accurately and completely, to the highest standard.

Working within a reputable, multinational company, the following skills and attributes are required:

* Bilingualism German or Swedish and English in this instance
* Exceptional written and verbal communication in each language
* Excellent attention to detail
* Responsible, reliable nature the role involves handling sensitive, personal information
* Competent keyboard skills, familiarity with modern office software
* Compliance with company and government regulations and processes (training given)
* Professional and polite approach to customer service
* Time management and an ability to juggle conflicting priorities
* Experience working independently and as part of a team
* Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
