Our client Bristol City Centre are looking for Weekend Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This is a part-time temporary role, Saturday and Sunday only.

Ideally we are looking for someone with:

* A strong background in call centre customer service
* Calm manner and the ability to control potentially difficult situations
* Empathy and understanding
* Excellent communication, both written and spoken
* Good knowledge retention and the ability to relay appropriate information
* A good level of computer literacy
* Ability to understand and adapt to individuals needs
* Confident telephone manner

You will be working in an open plan, modern office with a small team and senior leader. This central location is easily reachable via public transport.

Shifts available between 2pm 10pm Saturdays and 9am 6pm Sundays, amounting to 16hrs per week.

Pay rate is £7.50 - £11 per hour. Any hours worked after 8pm will be paid £11 p/h.
