The Siamo Group are currently recruiting for a time served Engineering Maintenance Manager for a large manufacturing company in Alfreton, Derbyshire.

This position will require the successful candidate to take full control of the company's Engineering department & Maintenance tasks/schedules. You will lead a full compliment of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers across 2 shifts whilst ensuring you're pro-active in terms of implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance schemes.

Project work is a pivotal part of this role. You will be heavily involved in running a number of on site projects simultaneously, whilst at the same time, possess a solid understanding of statutory compliance (L.E.V, LOLER, Pressure Vessel Testing & E.I.C.R).

Finally, The successful candidate will be an adaptable 'team player' who's incredibly 'people focused'. You will be 'data driven', Have the ability to teach, train, coach and develop a number of off different skill sets at all levels as well as being an exceptional communicator.

This is a full time (40 hours per week) permanent, single site based role, working Monday-Friday (No weekends). Subsequently, You'll be rewarded with a basic salary of £55,000 P/A.
