We seek to be on the forefront of innovation, investing in technology and people for continuous improvement. The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisors role will include but not be limited to:

* To be responsible for the supervision and training of all warehouse staff
* To have a hands on approach on the warehouse floor
* To drive, manage and maintain improvements in quality standards and procedures
* To drive, and deliver improvements in efficiencies and output through processes such as waste reduction, cost reductions, continuous improvement programmes, and people management.
* An understanding of the importance of excellence and recognition of the importance of great customer service and quality standards.
* The ability to communicate with other team members and external contractors
* Excellent planning and organising skills
* To manage efficiency and cost effectiveness of transport methodologies.
* To work with other team members to build an efficient plant, delivering a quality product and service to our customers

The successful Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor will have the above experience and attributes.
