A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Sales Adviser to join one of the largest distance learning Colleges in the UK. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £18K per annum and uncapped commission (realistic OTE £27K). The Telephone Sales Adviser will be responsible for:

* Answering incoming calls from prospective students
* Making outbound calls to people who have registered an interest (no cold calling)
* Providing excellent customer service on a wide range of distance learning courses
* Enrolling students onto a suitable course

Full training will be provided, but proven Telesales experience is a requirement for this role.

The successful Telephone Sales Adviser will:

* Be familiar with Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word
* Be target orientated and self motivated
* Work well as part of a team
* Have a full driving licence and own vehicle due to the location

The hours of work are 37.5 per week, based on the following shift pattern:

Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 and 11.30/12:30 - 20:00/21:00 (variable at certain times of the year) plus 1-2 Saturdays per month (12:00-18:00).

This role would suit a Telesales Executive, Business Development Executive / Sales Representative or someone with similar telephone sales based experience.

Price / Salary: £18K Basic / £27K OTE
