**We are looking to** recruit a Care Assistant to support a gentleman living in the Knaresborough area in his own home.

**The role** includes supporting him with cooking, cleaning, administering medication, accompanying him on outings, providing personal care and catheter care. Applicants must be able to undertake moving and handling. Any successful candidate should be able to work in a small team, and in an informal friendly setting.

**We are looking** for people of smart appearance, with good communication skills and a willingness to train. Previous experience will be of an advantage but not essential as all training to accredited standards will be provided, along with regular supervision. Applicants must live local to me if they do not they must drive to due location.

**Times and Days required:** 17 22 hours per week. Hours to be discussed at interview and can be flexible for the right person.

Applicants will need to be available to cover other workers etc.

**Rate of Pay:** £9.25 per hour.

All applicants will receive full training to meet the needs of the client.
