**Who we are**
Our IT & Business Change team is made up of experienced Project Managers and Analysts who deliver all aspects of projects and small change within our small to medium consumer finance business. Our IT & Business Change team have been integral to our continued success and helping to transform our business by managing various projects; from acquisitions and business integration to data warehousing.
**About the Role**
Reporting in to the Head of Change Delivery, you will manage and implement various IT development and business change projects. You will support the business in the delivery of projects and change, through the application of change delivery and project management processes, methods, knowledge and practices to agreed schedule, budget and quality. You will manage difficulties as they arise, ensuring risks and issues are managed and escalated to the relevant stakeholders, as well as providing support and guidance to the project team and supporting the IT team in transitioning projects and change into live service.

**Who we're looking for**
Were looking for a Business Project Manager, with experience of successful project delivery across a broad range of projects, ideally a mix of business change and/or IT projects, who is also comfortable in delivering small change initiatives.
Ideally Prince 2/MSP/Agile/APM qualified, youll be an excellent communicator with proven people management skills, and demonstrable experience of Risk, Issue, Assumption and Dependency management and budget management. You will understand how to deliver business change and the technological considerations required in implementing such change, and Advanced MS Visio, Project and MS Office application skills. We are embarking on a more Agile way of working, so if you are familiar with working in an Agile environment then we want to hear from you!

Price / Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa + benefits
