Our client in central Bristol are looking for excellent customer service advisors to provide support for a current campaign. The role will involve monitoring and answering general membership enquiries, helping to organise general membership services and providing support for events.
**An overview of the responsibilities:**
* Effectively handle inbound or outbound calls and web-chat
* Ensure that calls are handled in adherence to campaign remit
* Successfully maintain call control
* Consistently achieve the relevant call handling quality and technical criteria
* To manage, escalate and respond to general e-mail, web - chat and telephone enquiries, complaints and issues
* Complete Ad hoc data entry/administration tasks as and when required
* Support the aims of the campaign
* Enhance the reputation of the sector
You will be working in a modern office, with supportive team leaders and excellent progression opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent IT skills, and experience with databases ideally. Attention to detail is a key feature of the role, as is good telephone manner and self-motivation.
Training for the role begins on 24th January, live date 29th January. This role will run until late June, possibly longer.
Rotational shifts are as follows:
09:00 17:30
09:30: - 18:00
11:30 20:00
Pay rate for this role is £7.50 p/h
