Witton Recruitment are working alongside a well-established client renowned in their sector across the South West looking to grow their team with the addition of a confident and responsible Customer Care Executive to provide a key service to all customers along with a front of house responsibilities.
You will be joining a small team working in a luxurious location all performing to grow this independently owned client.
The responsibilities required of this Customer Care Executive are:
* To provide first point of contact for customers both via phone call or visiting the client
* Developing excellent relationships with both internal and external members
* Monitoring deliveries liaising with both customers, selected delivery firms and direct drivers
* Dealing with website queries helping users and providing reports
* Covering peak periods / Holidays / Sickness
* Assisting senior management in daily tasks
* Diary schedules and some P/A requirements
The ideal candidate for this Customer Care Executive role will include:
* Being a confident communicator
* Previous Customer Care experience / equivalent background
* A flexible and enthusiastic individual
* Thorough attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise
