An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join the office team of a well established label and packaging manufacturing company based at our head office in Mansfield. The full time permanent role is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers in a fast paced office environment where customer requirements can change on a daily basis, so the successful candidate will thrive on a challenge, make their own decisions and work using their own initiative with attention to detail.

Products include self adhesive labels, shrink sleeves including R.O.S.O., linerless labels, flexible packaging, artwork and design and more. Duties will include:

* Regular customer contact over telephone/email, including handling queries and processing of orders for major supermarkets and retail industries
* Raising costings and quotations
* Maintaining a manual and computer filing system for customer quotes and samples
* Completion of data entry and stock control
* Answering telephone calls and enquiries to the office
* Use of email and our in house management system
* Contact with other internal departments and Key Account Managers to ensure targets are achieved
