**We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to manage and monitor a team of Community Care Workers.**

**This is a very busy, exciting and fast paced role, working alongside a dedicated and experienced team. You will be required to have a passion to deliver excellent customer service to all our Service Users at all times. You will have excellent interpersonal and IT skills and your experience should demonstrate that you have a clear understanding of the role, including, answering calls within predetermined timescales, creating and maintaining accurate and concise information both written and verbal and an understanding of staff rotas. **

**The position is based at our local Bamber Bridge/Preston branch offices and is to support the South Ribble Care Team.**
