**SIA Event Steward Stoke**

**£8.50-9.00 per hour**

Stadium Group are looking for SIA Licenced professionals to join our team at Stoke City.

You will be acting as our first contact with spectators at various Football matches and other events. You will also have opportunities to work across the region & UK. Such as Blackburn, Liverpool, Derby and other major events.

As SIA Licenced holder you will be responsible for:

* Conducting searches for all entering events
* Providing a first class level of customer service
* Patrolling relevant areas when necessary
* Acting as first point of contact in any suspicious situations
* Communicating effectively over radio with in-house team & clients

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

* Previous experience at events is advantageous however training will be provided
* Ability to interact professionally with customers of all backgrounds
* Able to react calmly in high pressured situations

All work is offered on a casual basis giving you flexibility to work around your current commitments or an opportunity to make it a regular commitment.

Candidate Requirements

You must be the holder of a current **SIA Licence (Door Supervisor/Close Protection)** for this role
