**Role: Complex Care Support Worker**

**The person**

We are looking for a *caring* applicant, to work alongside our male client, who lives with MND (Motor neurone disease)

Our client lives with his wife, has two sons who play a big part in looking after their Dad, who has worked very hard all of his life, and has always been very active.

You will be calm and relaxed, a Good communicator, with excellent listening skills, kind and caring in your nature, with a genuine desire to help others.

Time management for our client is very important, as he relies on his care team to be punctual and trustworthy.

**The Role**

The job entails complex care provision with the need to maintain clients day to day wellbeing, enabling him to live a happy and comfortable life within his own home.

Help is required:

* Meal preparation
* Assistance with medication
* Support getting in and out of bed
* Breathing apparatus to be correctly set up
* Support with communication - Sensitivity and patience is required

**Criteria - Applicants** **MUST**

* Hold a **full clean UK driving** license.
* Be **flexible** to allow cover where needed for staff absences.
* Be dependable and Trustworthy

**The Post**

* £8.50 - £9.50 per hour Depending on qualification
* Worksop
* Shifts available - Days and Nights
